Controversy over a Muslim devotee! The temple priest said ‘he is the supreme devotee of mahakal

There has been a heated debate over a devotee visiting the famous Mahakal temple in Ujjain city of Madhya Pradesh. The reaction arose soon after the photo of the devotee went viral on social media. The controversy later subsided only when the temple committee cleared the matter.In fact the devotee was a Young Muslim who came to mahakal temple wearing religious attire and hat. Someone took a picture of him in his mind and posted it on social media. The log photo goes viral and creates controversy.

Junaid Is An Old Devotee Of The Drisssheikh Mahakal

Mahakal temple priest Bala Guru said the devotee’s name was Junaid Idris Sheikh. Junaid is an old and supreme devotee of mahakal. He hails from Gondiya district of Maharashtra. Junaid comes to Madhya Pradesh from Maharashtra only to visit the Mahakal temple. Junaid Idrees Sheikh has been visiting the Mahakal temple for nearly five years. He along with Junaid’s Hindu friends Swami Jaiswal and Shyam Kumar came to mahakal temple and offered prayers

The priest of the temple also said that God is equal to all. Junaid follows all the rules of the temple and also does so. That day too Junaid Idris Sheikh came to the temple with his companions for darshan. Priest Bala Guru also said that sometimes evil minded people try to disrupt the social harmony among people by giving pictures and making unrestrained comments on social media.
