Pakistan’s heavy firing not only on land border but also in water, 1 killed, 6 fishermen kidnapped

Pakistan now seems to have taken action against India in coastal areas as well after the border. The Pakistan Navy on Sunday kidnapped six Indian fishermen including an Indian boat. Fishermen said indiscriminate firing was also conducted by Pakistan during this period in which one fisherman was killed and another injured. The incident is said to have taken place near the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL)

The injured have been sent to a hospital in Dwarka for treatment. However, this is not the first time that Pakistan has done such a thing in the border areas. Pakistan continues to carry out such activities along the maritime border. In April last year, pakistani marine opened fire on two boats near the border of the maritime region of Gujarat. There were 8 people on the boat at that time. One person from Uttar Pradesh was injured in the firing.

The recent fishing abduction case is being investigated by the Indian Navy and security agencies. It is yet to be ascertained where the abducted fishermen have been taken
