The deceased teenager is said to be Mofidul Haque (11), son of Nazrul Haque of Jakhalibil village. According to reports coming to us, The teenager had been missing since Wednesday evening. Family members alleged that two brothers of a family had kidnapped the teenager in the village on their way from the market on Wednesday evening. The victim’s family later alleged that he was killed and dumped in a pond.

Two brothers have been arrested by Shimlaguri police for questioning on the basis of a family complaint. The two detained brothers, Sofikul Islam and Rafiqul Islam respectively.
