Bsf launched a drive against drugs as per special sources at 2-30 am on Monday.
07 BNBSF, M&CFTR troops conducted a search near toll plaza at Karimganj on NH 37.
The BSF team arrested two drug traffickers along with 9500 banned Yaba tablets from a motorcycle in this talsi.
The seized yaba tablets are estimated to be worth around Rs 48 lakh.
Two detained drug traffickers are Jam Jam Husian (22) and Aftar Husian (50).
Jam Jam is the son of Mainul Haque of Bagarsangam in Karimganj district of Husian.
Aftar Husian on the other hand is the son of Habibur Samad of Vittargul district.
