General Naravan, head of the army to Israel

General M M Naravan, head of the Indian Army, arrived in the country on a five-day visit to strengthen India’s defence and security cooperation with Israel. Union Foreign Minister S Jai Shankar has been visiting Israel. It will be followed by the Army Chief who will participate in various programmes for five days with the aim of further strengthening the defence ties between the two countries.
