Accused of not paying a tourist today by buying land.
Raunik Ali has been accused of not paying the value of the contracted land.
The scam is alleged to have taken place over the land of the residence at Hengerabari.
Ali is also accused of threatening with a gun when the owner of the land searches for money.
The couple who own the land have already been brought to a special court for statement
