Sexual assault of a specially abled teenager in Margherita creates a sensation. It is reported that an 11-year-old specially abled girl from Namdang Bahbari area of Margherita in Tinsukia district was sexually assaulted. People arrested 50 year old Dilip Devnath, who was involved in the incident, and thrashed the police. According to the incident report – the mother had left the teenager at the house of the accused Dilip Devnath in the early hours of yesterday.

The specially abled teenager was abused by taking advantage of no one at home. The incident took place in the early hours of yesterday. The teenager did not open her mouth due to threats of fear. The teenager revealed this yesterday evening. The local people then handed over the accused Uttam Madham Sudha to margherita police at night. The people have demanded stricter punishment than the harshest punishment for the accused. On the other hand police today sent the lascivious Dileep to the red house.
