Assam Book Fair will be held from December 29 at Assam Engineering Institute Ground, Sanmari, Guwahati. 1 from December 29 to January 9. The book fair will be held in 2 days. Assam Book Fair will be held in collaboration with Assam Publishing Council and All Assam Book Publisher and Sellers Association. In the last years, publishing council and book publisher and seller association have been organizing book fairs separately. For the first time, assam book fair will be held in Sanmari in collaboration with the two organizations. The organizers have already sent letters to the participants. The participants in the book fair to be held as per the covid rules should be fully vaccineed. Masks should also be worn. Participants have to follow social distances. Organizers will have to be assured of participation by December 12. With this, book lovers are eagerly waiting to smell the book in the wet winter.
