24 smuggled trucks seized in Kasar.

Police and BSF again seized 24 buffaloes at Katigara in Kasar district during export to Bangladesh. The buffaloes were seized from a 16-wheeler truck numbered ML 11-8572. The trucks were seized along with the buffalo. The buffaloes seized in a joint operation by Katigara police, border police and BSF were supposed to be supplied to Bangladesh.

Katigara’s asi Navkumar Saikia said the recently seized buffaloes were kept in a meal in Jagdishpur.
It may be recalled that in the last few days, bsf and police seized a total of 80 m”s in Katigara bordering Bangladesh during smuggling to Bangladesh.
