5 lakh AK-203 rifle approval centres

Another step to the country’s self-reliance in the defence sector is the Centre. The Centre has approved the construction of more than five lakh state-of-the-art K-203 rifles in the gun manufacturing project under construction at Karwa in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. According to an official statement, Russia will have a stake in the gun manufacturing project to be set up in Amethi.
