Large quantity of Burmese supari recovered in Hailakandi

About 20 sacks of Burmese supari as well as 20 sacks of local supari were seized.

The Burmese supari was seized in a raid under Algapur police station in the district on Tuesday night.

The estimated market value of the seized supari is Rs 8 lakh.

A bag of supari was seized from a vehicle while being taken from Hailakandi to Algapur
