Forest department and wild elephants in front of Nagaon kandali: Forest workers don’t have enough bullets

A large herd of elephants that has come out in search of food from forests to public areas in the past few days has created panic in Nagaon. People have been demanding that this huge herd of wild elephants be chased away. Local people have also helped the forest department in various ways to chase the wild elephant herd.

But the forest department is yet to be able to chase this huge herd of forest elephants. Another recent incident has now put the forest department to extreme shame. Not only shame but also worried the conscious quarters at the same time. The forest department which is going to chase the wild elephant herd does not have enough bullets in its hands.

Yes, the bin worker of the Nagaonap Kathiatli regional forest officer’s office did not have enough bullets in his hand. For which the forest workers have to go and chase the elephants and come back halfway. The incident has now evoked reactions across Nagaon. As the forest workers went to battle without shields and water bodies, the forest workers and local citizens, who had to leave halfway without enough bullets and food items, are said to be dangerous for forest workers and local citizens.
