During their one-and-a-half-year romance, an Assam-based model reportedly honey-trapped a man in Guwahati and plundered roughly Rs 8.90 lakh with a car.
Pranjal Deka has been recognised as the victim. Both had been dating for the last one and a half years, but their relationship began to deteriorate once a third person invaded her life.
According to authorities, the model also filed a complaint against the person with the Geetanagar Police Station for allegedly blackmailing her.
As a result, the individual was taken to the police station, where he apparently disclosed all proof of their previous connection, including monetary transactions he made in the bank account of his ex-girlfriend.
“I did a lot for her because I loved her.” I also aided her financially by taking out a loan on the vehicle I had recently purchased for her. Meanwhile, the victim has filed an FIR against his ex-girlfriend at Dispur police station, demanding justice.
Earlier this year in the month of October, a honey-trap ring was uncovered in a tiny village in Upper Assam in a frightening occurrence.
According to reports, the honey capturing ring was discovered by the Dergaon police. Four members of the ring, including two women, were apprehended by the cops. The extortion ring, which operated in the municipality for a while, blackmailed wealthier residents. According to sources, other people connected to them will be detained shortly.
