Six arrested including drugs at night, Barpetaroad police raid.

Barpetaroad police raided Azad Nagar in North Athiyabari in Barpetaroad on the night of Uruka and managed to nab six drug traffickers including drugs. The drug traffickers arrested by the police have been identified as Abdul Ali, Rajdul Mani Dewan, Bahrul Islam, Afzal Khan, Saddam Hussein and Samar Ali.

A police team led by Barpetarod police station in-charge Vipul Kalita managed to nab six drug traffickers from Azad Nagar in North Athiyabari in Barpetaroad on the basis of a tip off. The drug trafficking team managed to seize 22 grams of drugs loaded with 7 containers along with 1 pack of polythene pack eddrugs and some empty containers and 6 mobiles.

Police are continuing to interrogate the arrested drug traffickers at Barpetaroad police station. The houses of all the arrested drug traffickers are reportedly in Barpetaroad.
