Horror, suddenly collapses a bridge in Disang river

The terrible incident suddenly broke down a bridge in the Disang river. The two pieces are a paved bridge over the Disang river.

The bridge was on the Disang river on Chepan Chunpora road in Sivasagar district. The old bridge, built in 1975, collapsed around 9am today when a stone was found crossing the dumper.

The bridge had been flying the flag for so many years as the only source of public transport in the greater Bakta area of Sivasagar district. The bridge later became two pieces after nearly 50 years.

The people of the larger region will definitely be in trouble as this bridge, which is very important for the movement of students, patients as well as sadharan people, will be in trouble.
