Synchronizing with the motto of creating awareness among voters ‘My vote is my future, power of one vote’, Nalbari Deputy Commissioner Gitimani Phukan sought the participation of the people of the district in all competitions to be held.
Under the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation Programme (SVEEP) five different competitions will be held in the district. It includes quizzes, slogan writing, poster designing, video creation and song competition. There will be no age bar for the competitors. Interested people may browse sveep.nic.in/contest/ for the rules and regulations. They must enrol their names and subjects in id-voter-contest@eci.gov.in. These competitions will continue till March 15.
