2 Minors Injured As 2 Mishaps Occur In 1 Night In Guwahati

Guwahati: At least two children were injured in two separate accidents that were reported in Guwahati late last night, officials said on Friday.

Initial reports state that two vehicles crashed head-on near Lakhiminagar in the Hatigaon area of Guwahati. The driver of one of the vehicles involved in the collision was reportedly drunk, according to authorities.

The collision was caused by the drunk driver losing control and ramming into a car coming from the opposite side. Meanwhile, two children who were injured in the collision were rushed to a hospital for treatment.

On the other hand, another vehicle in Guwahati’s Basistha Chariali crashed into a ditch after the driver lost control. The incident took place last night.

The car’s driver reportedly lost control and slammed it into a ditch. However, it’s unclear whether the motorist was intoxicated.

Afterwards, it was revealed that no one was injured during the incident.
