Guwahati: In an unfortunate incident, a disagreement over a homemade chicken curry led to the father of a 32-year-old man killing him in a fit of wrath.
The incident took place in Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka.
According to reports, the victim’s father beat his son to death with a wooden club after becoming furious that he was denied the opportunity to sample the meal when he got home from work.
The victim has been identified as Shivaram.
Sheena, his father, killed him because the boy had eaten all of the homemade chicken curry before she could even get a bite.
The father allegedly hit Shivaram with a wooden club in a fit of rage after a verbal altercation between the two.
According to reports, the victim was a drunk who frequently picked fights.
He was rushed to a hospital but was later declared dead.
Later, local police arrived at the scene and arrested the accused father.
