A traffic accident on Monday night near Kaliabor in Assam’s Nagaon district claimed the life of Junmoni Rabha, who was involved in several issues. Near Sarubhagia village on National Highway 37, it was alleged that the car Rabha was riding in collided with an approaching container truck with the registration number “UP 78UT 4518.” According to sources, the collision had a tremendous impact, crushing the car to pieces.
Rabha, a SI at the Morakolong police station in Nagaon, gained notoriety last year for a number of scandals she was involved in, including corruption, criminal conspiracy, and cheating, for which she was also arrested. Later, a court session granted her bail.
