Nalbari Holds Highest No. of Rank Holders In HSLC Results 2023:

Guwahati: Nalbari district had the largest number of rank winners in the Assam High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination, with a total pass percentage of 72.69 percent.

Eight of the top 10 spots have been attained by candidates from the Nalbari district, out of the 61 candidates who were able to do so.

The following are the rank holders from Nalbari district-

  1. Lucky Devi Choudhury (Second Rank)
  2. Manmita Sarma (Second Rank)
  3. Mriganka Bhattacharyya (Third Rank)
  4. Rishmita Mahanta (Sixth Rank)
  5. Rajdeep Kalita (Eighth Rank)
  6. Bipasha Sarma (Ninth Rank)
  7. Hrisikes Kalita (Ninth Rank)
  8. Pragyan Sarma (Tenth Rank)

The district of Nalbari has an overall pass percentage of 88.02 percent.

Barpeta district, with seven rank holders, follows Nalbari in terms of the number of rank holders.

However, with six rank holders from the area, Kamrup (Metropolitan) district comes in third in terms of rank holders.

The following are the rank holders from Kamrup (M) district:

  1. Aditi Bhuyan (Fourth Rank)
  2. Upakul Parashar (Fifth Rank)
  3. Anant Jain (Fifth Rank)
  4. Sanjana Kaur (Sixth Rank)
  5. Antara Mobasshira Hoque Khandakar (Sixth Rank)
  6. Nilabh Pathak (Tenth Rank)

The two districts with the fewest rank holders, however, are Jorhat and Dhemaji, each with one.

However, Chirang district has been unable to produce a single rank holder despite having the highest pass %.
