Allu Arjun and YSRCP MLA Accused of Model Code of Conduct Violation in Nandyala

Actor Allu Arjun and YSRCP MLA Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy are facing charges for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct in Nandyala, Andhra Pradesh. The case revolves around accusations of organizing a large public gathering at MLA Reddy’s residence without prior permission, which is in violation of election regulations ahead of the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh.

The FIR, filed under Section 144 due to ongoing election regulations, was lodged by Deputy Tehsildar P Ramachandra Rao from Nandyala Rural, tasked with overseeing electoral activities in the Nandyala constituency. The controversy erupted when MLA Reddy purportedly invited Allu Arjun to the gathering without securing the necessary permissions, sparking allegations of breaching the Model Code of Conduct.

In response, Allu Arjun clarified that his visit to Nandyala was solely to support a friend and did not signify any political endorsement. He emphasized that his presence was to assist a friend in need, irrespective of their political affiliation or profession.
