The harrowing incident left a couple and their two children vulnerable and displaced after their residence was set ablaze. In a commendable display of professionalism and compassion, the Assam Rifles, returning from a routine patrol in BoroBekra, promptly responded to a distress call from the besieged family.

Effecting a timely rescue operation, the Assam Rifles evacuated the distressed family from Leisabithol village. However, their journey to safety encountered a brief halt near Uchathol village, where a group of concerned women sought information about the rescued family.
