Narendra Modi government forced to accept all demands of farmers…
A long year of struggle is a successful conclusion. The farmers’ movement was finally cancelled. The crackdown was lifted on December 9, 2021 by a farmer who had struggled to get rajth to withdraw the controversial 3 Agricultural Laws. The United Kisan Morcha on Thursday announced the suspension of the agitation.
Addressing a press conference in this regard, the farmer leader said that they will return to their homes from December 11. But on January 15 they will review the whole thing once again. At the end of discussions with the central government, farmer leaders said they would agitate again if the central government did not fulfil the promises.
Indian Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikat said the United Kisan Morcha will remain the same as it is not broken. It may be recalled that last month PM Modi had announced the withdrawal of three agricultural laws and apologised to the countrymen.
But even after that the farmers did not withdraw the agitation. Demanded withdrawal of the ongoing case against MSP and farmers. The issue was being discussed between the farmers and the government for the past few days. It is in the run-up to that discussion that the Central Government has accepted the demands of the farmers and the United Kisan Morcha has decided to suspend their agitation.
