Encounter in Kashmir early in the morning: A terrorist killed

Clashes between security forces and terrorists took place in Kashmir on Tuesday morning. It has been reported that 1 terrorist was killed in the clashes. Clashes broke out between security forces and terrorists in Poonch in Janmuk-Kashmir in the morning.

Security personnel reportedly received reports of terrorist presence at Dori Dhoot in Surankot in Poonch. Accordingly security forces carried out the operation. The terrorist was killed in an encounter created during the operation.

It may be recalled that terrorists opened fire at police vehicles in Srinagar on Monday. Three policepersonnel were killed while 11 others were injured and are undergoing treatment due to the firing. Terrorists have been continuously carrying out terror in Kashmir in the past.
