PM Modi Launches PMAY-G in Jharkhand, Highlights Government Efforts for Marginalized Communities
Jamshedpur, Jharkhand — On September 15, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled significant initiatives aimed at uplifting marginalized communities, including the poor, Dalits, and tribal families, during an event in Jamshedpur. The Prime Minister showcased the PM Janman Yojana, a program specifically designed to aid the most backward tribal communities across India.
PM Modi outlined the comprehensive approach of the PM Janman Yojana, which encompasses providing essential services such as housing, road infrastructure, electricity, water supply, and education. These efforts are integral to advancing Jharkhand’s development and enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
In a key development, the Prime Minister also launched the first installment of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G). This initiative aims to deliver permanent housing solutions to numerous beneficiaries in the region, marking a significant stride in the government’s commitment to improving living conditions and fostering prosperity. PM Modi expressed confidence that these initiatives would be successful with active public support.
