The inaugural will be today on the flyover of about one and a half kilometres built at Dispur. With this the traffic problem will be reduced at Dispur, the heart of the state administration. The flyover, which has been scheduled for 3 years, has been constructed in just 19 months. The construction cost of the flyover is around Rs 150 crore
