Anand Mishra forces successfully launch operation to find out about smugglers

Cattle smuggling is still continuing in the state. Anand Mishra forces launched a crackdown on the smugglers by chasing the secret formula palm on Friday. Police seized smuggled cattle from near Dumdumia market in Batdrawar in the operation. Police led by Superintendent of Police Anand Mishra also recovered 35 cows and Rs 2.50 lakh in cash in 9 Tata mobiles.

It is suspected that the seized cows were trying to send them to Bangladesh. Police also detained 21 persons including a smuggler. All the smugglers are being interrogated under the leadership of Superintendent of Police Anand Mishra. These smugglers had been supplying cattle from the north bank of brahmaputra for a long time.
