A major accident took place in Maligaon in Guwahati city. A major fire broke out at Krishnanagar in Goshala in Maligaon in the evening. The fire completely rocked the residence of a man named Kishore Das on the hill.
Kishore Das suspects that the fire started from the temple lamp at home. The fire later exploded with cylinders in their house. Meanwhile, two vehicles of emergency and fire brigade reached the spot only after the fire was reported.
Fire brigade personnel doused the fire very quickly. On the other hand, the fire destroyed goods worth several lakhs of rupees and many important documents of the man.
