Kamrup (M) district transport department has failed to take action against e-rickshaws plying on the streets of Guwahati city. According to the complaint received, pedestrians have suffered in the field of travel due to heavy traffic jams caused by e-rickshaw drivers parked in front of VIP Road and ferrying passengers.
