25 lawyers have appealed but could not grant bail pradeep dutta roy
The path under the open sky of pradeep dutta roy, the controversial leader who became a red house leader by banning a kind of Assamese language in Barak, seems to be increasingly difficult. The court also rejected BDF chief Dattaroy’s bail plea on Tuesday after repeated lying for bail. The court has directed the police to issue case diaries by December 6. It may be recalled that the lawyer had moved the court on behalf of Pradeep Dutt. It is learnt that 25 lawyers had applied for bail in the court on behalf of Datta roy.
