Intoxicating products including drugs burnt in Mangaldai Sereng Chapri

Many narcotics including drugs burnt on Friday in Mangaldai Sereng Sapari. The administration has raided various parts of Darang district in the last three years and burnt a large quantity of narcotics seized in Sereng Sapar. Superintendent of Police Sushant Biswa Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner Sanjeev Bora, health workers as well as some policemen were present at the burning of the narcotics programme.

It may be recalled that since 2018, 452 kg of brown sugar 31 grams, heroin 7 grams, kafsirap 425 bottles, netrecheck tablets 1100 have been seized and burnt in raids conducted in different parts of the district. The narcotics were seized by six police stations in Darang district. The seized narcotics were earlier burnt in 2018.
