Guwahati Municipal Corporation commissioner Devashish Sharma has issued new guidelines on parlours, schools, parking lots and markets in Guwahati. According to that directive, from now on, new tax rules collected from various parlours, school parking lots, markets etc. of the city have been introduced.
City parlours and salons will have to follow many rules and regulations for women giving massages to humans from now on. The SoP will soon be available in this regard. This is in the open instead of a closed room when it comes to women giving massages to men.
Talking about the controversy already arising in this regard, he said that those who have paid taxes on time and have proper documents have not objected to the new gmc directive.
