Ex-Student Arrested After Exam Form Filling Scam Unveiled at Pragjyotish College

Guwahati: An ex-Pragjyotish College student has been arrested by the Guwahati police on Wednesday for reportedly taking money from other students to complete exam forms.

According to the college administration, the ex-student obtained the funds from students who had poor attendance throughout the current academic year.

The arrested ex-student has been identified as Dipankar Das. 

The principal added that the Bharalu police had earlier informed him that the teenager had been taken to the police station for questioning on Tuesday.

The school’s leadership was not consulted by students when they had problems filling out exam forms, and the principal voiced his regret about this.
