Guwahati: Over 90Kg Cannabis Recovered From Passenger’s Train

Guwahati: The Government Railway Police (GRP) on Wednesday night seized a massive consignment of illicit ganja at Guwahati Railway Station. 

Based on specific input, the troops seized around 93.7kg ganja from Rajdhani express train that had arrived stationed there. 

Police said that no arrests were made in connection to the seizure.

According per reports, the train was heading towards lower Assam before haling at Guwahati. 

The estimated market value of the seized ganja is said to be in crores. 

Further investigation is underway.
