2 Arrested For Posing as Parking Fee Collectors In Assam’s Lakhimpur

Guwahati: Two fraudsters have been nabbed by locals for posing as an official of the Lakhimpur Municipal Corporation in Assam on Tuesday.

Reportedly, the two fraudsters were using fake receipts bearing the Lakhimpur Municipal Corporation mark to collect parking fines.

The accused have been identified as Bhaskar Nath and Atul Rajkhowa.

Later, the two fraudsters were handed over to municipal corporation

It is alleged that Bhaskar and Atul used to charge goods-moving trucks parking fees.
