Amit Shah: BJP will win 12 out of 14 seats in 2024 LS polls
Guwahati: The 2024 Lok Sabha elections have already received all of the BJP’s attention. Home Minister Amit Shah addressed a gathering in Dibrugarh of Assam on April 11.
According to Amit Shah, the BJP will this time take 12 out of the 14 seats in Assam.
According to the home minister, Narendra Modi would win more than 300 Lok Sabha seats and therefore become prime minister for a third time.
Amit Shah said that BJP’s hold is getting stronger in the North East. It also shows the progress of the party. For this, “I want to congratulate the people of Assam. With your vote, the North East is developing.”
The Home Minister declared that the BJP is an organization-based party and that the office serves as the hub of all of its activities while addressing a crowd during the opening of the BJP office in Dibrugarh.
He mentioned that elections for the North East Assembly were held in three of the region’s states. In all three states, the BJP is a member of the executive branch.
The development of the North East has occurred as a result of the NDA government, which is led by PM Modi, in eight of the region’s states.
Launching a scathing attack on the Congress, Shah said, “Northeast was once considered a fortress of the Congress but despite Rahul Gandhi’s yatra (Bharat Jodo Yatra), the party failed to perform well in the recent assembly elections in three states in the region.”
