Guwahati: Man’s Body Found In Beltola Hanging From Resident’s Gate
Guwahati: In a shocking incident, a man’s body was found hanging from a family’s gate at Saurabh Nagar in Beltola of Guwahati.
The deceased identified as Subal Dev Verma who was a resident of Tripura.
The body was hanged on the gate of house number 25.
According to reports, the victim is believed to have been murdered before being hanged.
The incident occurred during the early hours of Sunday and local quickly alerted the police officials.
As soon as police officials arrived at the spot, they recovered Dev Verma’s body hanging from the gate.
An investigation into the matter was launched immediately.
The police have made an appeal to the public for any information that could aid in the investigation because the reason behind the murder has not yet been determined.
