Major Fire Guts 7 Shops In Assam’s Baihata Chariali

Guwahati: Several business establishments were reduced to ashes after a massive fire broke out in in Baihata Chariali of Assam on Monday night
According to initial reports, the fire erupted at a chowk in Bezera village last night.

As per reports, the blaze spread to as many as seven local businesses.

The fire is thought to have started at either a yarn store or a stationary store in the area, according to witnesses.

They claimed that it quickly spread to neighbouring shops.

Meanwhile, damages to property caused by the fire are estimated to be in lakhs.
