HSLC 2023 Results: This Nagaon Blind School Achieved 100% Pass Percentage
Guwahati: Seven students from the Srimanta Sankar Mission Blind School in Barhampur of Nagaon district in Assam, brought honour to the institution after passing the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) class 10 exams with distinction.
Seven students showed up to take the HSLC exam 2023. Despite having physical difficulties, Bindu Gowala, Rijumoni Ali, Biman Patar, Junmoni Saikia, Doibaki Kisku, and Ekadashi Mandal were able to earn first division in the English subject with letter grades.
On the other hand, another student named Bhaskarjyoti Sharma received a first division.
According to reports, students lacked the books needed to study for the tests. Recordings of study materials were played for them. In this way, they rose to the occasion and made progress towards achieving their objectives.
The students have brought glory to the entire Barhampur area through the results. The results were released today, and all the kids, instructors, and residents of the neighbourhood are ecstatic.
It should be noted that male candidates in Assam achieved a total pass percentage of 74.71%, while female candidates achieved a total pass percentage of 70.96% in the HSLC 2023 test results, which were released on Monday.
Meanwhile, candidates for Scheduled Tribes-Plains have performed admirably, as seen by the 75.69 percent pass rate for this category. 58,332 candidates from the ST(P) category in total applied for the board.
