UP: Child Killed & 28 Others Injured In Bus-Truck Collision In Noida

Guwahati: In a tragic incident, one child was allegedly killed and over 28 people were injured in a bus-truck collision on Thursday night at Noida in Uttar Pradesh.

The incident occurred at the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, near the village Ladpura area, under the Kasna police station.

The deceased has been identified as 11-year-old Aashish.

As per reports, Aashish’s body has been sent for autopsy.

The police stated that a further investigation is under way and all injured victims are receiving medical attention at the hospital.

Meanwhile, state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed his great sorrow over the incident and conveyed his condolences to the victim’s family.

He has also directed district administration officials to ensure to the victims’ proper care and expressed his wish for a speedy recovery.
