Assam Assembly Principal Secy’s Son Killed In Road Accident In Guwahati

Guwahati: In a tragic incident, a youth died in a road accident that took place in the Ghoramara area of Guwahati on Friday night.

The deceased has been identified as Bhabartha Swarup.

He is the son of Hemen Das, the Principal Secretary of the Assam Legislative Assembly.

According to reports, the youth was killed at Ghormara on National Highway 37 in a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle.

Bhabartha died on the spot, sources informed. The body was recovered for a post-mortem shortly after local police arrived on the scene.
