Guwahati: Bondona Kalita & His 2 Companions Appear in Court for Trial Process

Guwahati: The district judiciary heard testimony from Bondona Kalita on Saturday, the main suspect in the murder cases of her husband and her mother-in-law.

Arup Deka and Dhanti Deka, the two conspirators, reportedly appeared before the district court as well, according to sources. To begin the trial procedure, the three defendants were presented to the court.

Before the special court earlier on June 8, Bondona denied being involved in the horrible crime and contested all the claims.

The evidence and testimony acquired throughout the inquiry were detailed in a detailed 1630-page charge sheet that Assam police had previously filed against Bondona.

A refrigerator was used to store the body pieces after Bondona murdered her husband and mother-in-law.

Initial reports indicated that the murder occurred in the Noonmati locality of Guwahati. The accused woman’s extramarital contact with another guy is believed to have led to the murder.

According to reports, after committing the murder, the suspect sliced the two victims’ bodies into pieces and placed the pieces inside a refrigerator. The bodies were discarded in Meghalaya three days after the slaying.
