Nagaland’s Deputy Chief Minister and leader of the BLP, Y Patton, has issued a resolute condemnation against the recent attempted arson attack on a church situated in Kinunger village, Mokokchung district.
Expressing deep dismay, Patton underscored the unprecedented and unacceptable nature of the heinous act within Nagaland’s societal framework.
Describing the attempted arson as outrageous and unsettling, Patton emphasized its contradiction to the foundational principles of the Christian faith, which uphold reverence for places of worship and community harmony.
Patton assured that those responsible for the malicious act, intended to sow fear and disrupt peace, will face appropriate consequences regardless of their motives.
