Guwahati, Assam: A catastrophic fire erupted in Guwahati’s Arya Nagar area at approximately 11 AM today, accompanied by multiple cylinder explosions. The blaze, which ignited near the Labour Office across from Arya Vidyapeeth College, has triggered widespread panic among local residents.
Fire Department officials have dispatched six fire tenders to the scene to manage the inferno. At this stage, the exact cause of the fire remains undetermined. Thankfully, there have been no immediate reports of casualties.
