Yogi Adityanath of North East Dr Himanta Biswa Sharma! Says India is a Hindu nation
India is a Hindu nation, Hindu civilization is Indian civilization. The remarks were made by state chief minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sharma. Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sharma made the remarks at a national media event. Commenting on whose context, Chief Minister Dr Sharma said that India is a Hindu nation and india is responsible for every Hindu in the world.
It may be recalled that there has been a reference to the repeal of the Citizenship Amendment Act soon after the agro-law was repealed. Himanta Biswa Sharma, who declared himself a full supporter of the Citizenship Amendment Act, said in the CAA that it was not his case that the act was not repealed. But india is responsible for every Hindu in the world. India is a Hindu nation. Before Babar’s arrival, all hindus in India were there.
Under the CAA, indian citizenship will be granted to anyone who comes to India for communal clashes in a country referred to in law including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan till 2014. But according to Himanta Biswa Sharma he has no objection to extending this deadline to another 50/100 years and not just in 2014.
On the issue of Granting citizenship if Muslims want to take Indian citizenship by giving them the message of Hindus, the himanta vishwa says that they can apply if they accept Indian civilization. Citizenship will be granted through constitutional considerations. Indian civilization is a Hindu civilization.
Chief minister Himanta Biswa was also questioned about uttar pradesh’s style encounter in Assam at the event terming it as Yogi Adityanath of the North East. Himanta Vishwa says the encounter in Assam is an accident. The drug peddler was injured and killed in the firing by the rapist police. There will be an inquiry into this encounter.
The event also raised the issue of closure of 700 madrasas in Assam. He said the 700 madrassa schools, hospitals or engineering that have already been closed are also being discussed to make them institutions.
