Woman conscious of tiplai seizes stage sewing liquor

The Tiplai Conscious Mahila Manch today seized liquor with a sewing of about 100 litres at Tiplai under Rangjuli police thane in Goalpara district. It may be recalled that women from conscious women’s forums have been receiving information about some people selling liquor secretly for a long time in the daily market, weekly market of Tiplai area.
Today, a section of women from The Conscious Women’s Forum reached the market at Tipla weekly market and seized liquor and destroyed nearly 100 litres of sule from traders who came for sale in the market’s surroundings. However the women were not able to identify any of the sule traders. The conscious circle of women appreciated the action and called for steps to stop anti-social activities in the larger region in the near term.
