Every Indian has a democratic spirit in his heart. It is also in the hearts of every Indian to respect the rules of law and pluralistic ideas. This is prime minister Narendra Modi’s remarks. Prime Minister Modi also gave priority to the fact that the citizens of democratic countries continue to enrich the values enshrined in the Constitution, saying that the four pillars of Indian democratic administration are sensitivity, responsibility, partnership and reformer ideas. The Prime Minister even focused on directing the international administration of democratic policies and said that technology has the potential to have a positive and negative impact on democracy. In such a case, technology companies should continue to support open and democratic societies. This basic idea is difficult to live up to even though it can be made superior by consensus and cooperation.
