Assam CM Upon Being ‘Trolled’: I Admit, I Don’t Know English & Hindi Well, But I’M Learning

Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma was “trolled” for writing in a visitor’s book by copying content from another note.

A user named Roshan Rai sharing the clip wrote, “Presenting the CM of Assam who can’t even write a paragraph in a visitor’s book without copying 🤣🤣🤣”

In response to the troll, the chief minister was cited as saying that he is trying to learn but isn’t very good at Hindi or English.

“I went to an Assamese medium school and am trying my best to learn Hindi and English in my own humble way,” Himanta wrote.

“I must admit that I do not know English and Hindi very well, and I have no hesitation in admitting it,” he added.
