Meghalaya Police Arrest Five in Petrol Bomb Attack on JN Bawri Bust

Dhankheti, August 11, 2024 — Meghalaya police have apprehended five individuals in connection with the early morning petrol bomb attack on the bust of JN Bawri in Dhankheti. The incident, which occurred around 4 a.m., involved assailants hurling a petrol bomb at the statue, but it sustained minimal damage.
