Success of Garhsuk police in Guwahati. A large number of narcotic tablets were seized in an ISBT raid on Tuesday night. Police on the other hand arrested a drug dealer. Gadsuk police raided a night bus heading towards South Salamara-Mankas from ISBT at night on a tip off. The search has arrested the supplier along with a large number of narcotic tablets.
The drug tablet supplier arrested by the police has been identified as Mansoor Ali. Police have recovered a total of 7200 intoxicating champ FX+ tablets from him. The arrested Mansoor Ali has been accused of smuggling a database of tablets from Dhirenpara to Mankachar in Guwahati.
Police said the market value of the seized narcotic tablets is estimated to be above Rs 5 lakh. The city police took to Twitter to report the information.
